Jason Dale isn’t just the General Manager of Cars2Day, he’s the heart behind the mission.
A proud Nebraska native, Jason was raised with Midwestern values: hard work, honesty, respect, and taking care of people. Those principles have shaped not only his life but the culture of Cars2Day in Omaha, Nebraska.
After graduating from college, Jason entered the automotive industry full of ambition and excitement. Like many young professionals, he was eager to build a career and make a difference. However, his first experience at a traditional dealership left a lasting impression, and not in a good way. He quickly noticed that customer service wasn’t the priority. Sales numbers mattered more than people. Pressure mattered more than relationships. And customers often left feeling unheard.
Jason knew that wasn’t the kind of business he wanted to be part of.
Determined to find something better, he made a bold decision in 2001: he walked away from that environment and committed himself to a dealership philosophy where customer service would always come first. He believed there had to be a better way to serve people, especially those who needed understanding the most.
That belief became the foundation of what would grow into Cars2Day.
Over the past 25 years, Jason has helped build Cars2Day into one of Omaha’s most trusted Buy Here Pay Here dealerships. His leadership has always centered on one core principle: treat every customer the way you would treat your own family.
Under his guidance, Cars2Day has become known not just for reliable vehicles and in-house financing, but for compassion, integrity, and second chances. Jason understands that many customers walk through the doors carrying financial stress, credit challenges, or uncertainty. Instead of judgment, they’re met with solutions. Instead of pressure, they’re met with patience.
He takes pride in helping customers rebuild their confidence along with their credit. For Jason, it’s never just about selling a car, it’s about providing freedom, stability, and opportunity. Reliable transportation means getting to work, taking kids to school, and building a better future. And that’s something he believes everyone deserves.
While Cars2Day continues to thrive 25 years later, Jason’s proudest accomplishments aren’t just professional, they’re personal.
He is happily married to his beautiful wife and is the proud father of four children. When asked about his hobbies, Jason often smiles and says his number one hobby is “taking care of his kids.” Whether it’s attending school events, cheering from the sidelines, helping with homework, or simply being present, family is his greatest joy.
His second hobby? Being a husband and father first, always.
And when he does find a little extra time, Jason enjoys staying active and enjoying the outdoors. Golf is a favorite pastime, a sport that, much like business, requires patience, focus, and consistency. He also enjoys swimming and camping, embracing Nebraska’s natural beauty and creating lasting memories with his family.
Those who know Jason describe him as steady, thoughtful, and deeply committed, not just to business success, but to doing things the right way. He believes leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about responsibility. It’s about setting the tone, building trust, and making sure every team member understands the importance of putting people first.
That culture has become the heartbeat of Cars2Day.
Customers often return years later, not just because they need another vehicle, but because they trust Jason and his team. Many referrals come from families who have experienced firsthand the difference a service-first dealership can make.
Jason’s journey, from a young graduate disillusioned by poor dealership practices to a respected General Manager leading a thriving Buy Here Pay Here dealership, is a testament to what happens when integrity guides decisions.
For him, success isn’t measured solely in vehicles sold. It’s measured in families helped, relationships built, and community impact.
Twenty-five years later, Cars2Day stands as proof that when customer service truly comes first, business doesn’t just survive, it thrives.
And at the center of it all is Jason Dale: Nebraska native, devoted husband and father, outdoor enthusiast, and a leader committed to helping every customer drive forward with confidence.
